Brilliant lustrous blue prismatic crystals of linarite measuring to 0.4 cm in size forming a tight cluster on matrix with minor anglesite. The crystals are lying flat across the matrix on the cluster measures approximately 1.0 x 0.8 cm in size. Typical of these slight micro-damage present, this one still in good condition. Collected in the late 1970s.

The Grand Reef Mine is a historic underground mine located in the Aravaipa Mining District of the Santa Teresa Mountains in Graham County, Arizona. Discovered in 1890 and actively operated during the early to mid 20th century, the site became well known for producing substantial quantities of lead and copper, alongside valuable secondary metals. Set within a rugged canyon environment near Klondyke, the mine is also famous among mineral collectors for hosting a diverse array of unusual secondary minerals within its fault-controlled ore deposits.
