Bright lustrous sharp cubic crystals of galena to 7.5 cm on edge set beautifully on matrix with golden yellow translucent lustrous crystals of calcite measuring to 5.0 cm in length. A few of calcite crystals are cleaved; the galena crystals are in super condition and I think that overall the piece is in really good condition. Good large combination pieces like this are quite uncommon from this famous locality. Usually one species or the other is not of good quality; this one has both in good quality and is very aesthetic.
