description: An extremely interesting and unusual specimen for this mining district, a large loose flattened semi-lustrous gunmetal colored spinel law twin galena crystal measuring 7.0 x 4.5 x 0.5 cm in size. The backside of this is mostly coated by white sparkling dolomite and brassy chalcopyrite crystals. This is naturally crystallized all around even the edges at first appear to be broken are naturally crystallized. Superb large example for this type of twinning for galena from the Viburnum Trend. Shipping weight: 0.24 pounds.
