Light purple to almost colorless glassy crystals of fluorite measuring to 1.0 cm in size throughout the top of this matrix. Many of these crystals exhibit penetration twinning. Small crystals of chalcopyrite are scattered throughout. The fluorite crystals are incredibly fluorescent under longwave ultraviolet light.
