An excellent small cabinet example from this classic upstate New York locality. Lustrous black crystals measuring to almost 3.0 cm in size are quite choice across the front of this matrix. Micro-chipping is present but extremely sparse, I think this in great condition. For a long time these were known as uvite crystals, but have since been proven to be dravite.
