description:
Attractive pale yellow mostly gemmy prismatic lustrous crystals of calcite measuring to 3.0 cm in length across the front of this brecciated matrix. This piece is from the middle 2000's. The pinkish areas shown are alteration products of probably siegenite. Slight greenish alteration from chalcopyrite present as well. Some of the crystals are slightly cleaved, most are in good condition.
