description: Thin choice bladed crystals of barite measuring to 1.5 cm in size across the top of this hematite rich matrix. Micro-chipping present but very minimal, this is in good condition and makes for an excellent example for the species from this famous old locality. The specimen was on public display at the Cincinnati, 1993 show, as well as the Denver, 1997 show.
