description: A very unique and attractive combination piece from this prolific locality. Crystals of glassy quartz to 7.5 cm in height or coming off matrix which is covered with glistening orange red translucent to transparent crystals of spessartine. Only the pyramidal terminations of the main quartz crystals show above the spessartine, these grading from a dark smoky into a nice light grayish white color. The quartz crystals are extremely lustrous. The piece is absolutely perfect.
