description:
Classic material for this locality, dark yellow crystallized smithsonite replacing previous saddle shape crystals of dolomite measuring to 1.0 cm in size, these scattered throughout matrix. Very slight micro-chipping present very typical of these, I think this one in very good condition and displays beautifully on its own. Known locally as Turkey Fat smithsonite.
