description: Absolutely gorgeous lustrous pearly slightly translucent green blocky crystals of smithsonite to 1.5 cm in size covering the front of this 12.0 x 8.5 x 5.0 cm matrix. The piece is in outstanding condition and sits perfectly by itself or display. The color, luster, in size of the crystals is very notable for the species. This specimen was on display in the Masterpiece Mines display at the 2017 Munich show. A label stating this accompanies the specimen. The quality is exceptionally high. comes with an acrylic custom display base.
