description: Semi lustrous gemmy colorless crystals of quartz, one showing a Japan law twin 3.2 cm across, across the top of this matrix. Slight micro-chipping present as seen, still in good condition. Collected in August, 1979, good example for this type of twinning for the species from this locality.
