A unique and attractive specimen from this area, there two generations of crystallized quartz present with the specimen. The first generation is a sugary white crystalline quartz, this acting as a matrix for gemmy and glassy crystals of amethyst to 4.5 cm in length. This is crystallized naturally all around and in great condition. This unusual material was collected approximately seven or eight years ago.
