Hematite
specimen number:
3171075
location:
Cavradi gorge, Curnera Valley, Tujetsch, Vorderrhein Valley, Grischun, Switzerland
description:
Superb classic lustrous hematite rose crystal groupings to 2.7 cm across standing up beautifully from a granite matrix. In outstanding condition, the luster on these is incredible. Comes with a custom acrylic display base, however it sits perfectly by itself or display and I think looks quite nice that way. Wonderful Alpine piece.
Size: 5.5 x 2.5 x 2.0 cm (miniature)
