description:
This is an excellent example for twinned galena from the Viburnum Trend. From the well-known find several years ago, a large flattened penetration twinned galena crystal grouping with dolomite. This is in super condition and will sit by itself for display. Many erroneously refer to these as spinel law twins, they are however flattened penetration twins.
