Bright lustrous sharp cubic crystals of galena to 2.0 cm on edge across the top of this chert matrix with minor sphalerite. Most of the crystals exhibit pronounced octahedral modifications on the corners of the cubic crystals. This is in very good condition, the crystals quite lustrous and bright compared to most from this old mining district.
