description: Semi-lustrous sharply formed black octahedral crystals of franklinite measuring just over 2.5 cm across set on a matrix of granular black franklinite with reddish zincite and rhodochrosite. Measures 11.0 x 6.5 x 5.0 cm in size. Sits perfectly by itself for display on a sawn base. I think this in very good condition. Shipping weight: 2.01 pounds. Ex Renaud Vochten collection.
