description:
An interesting and attractive two generation fluorite specimen from this Irish locality. The first generation are partly green octahedral stepped crystals measuring to 2.0 cm in size. The second generation are bluish purple lustrous translucent cubic crystals of fluorite measuring to 1.0 cm in size. The specimen is in good condition. This would have been collected in early 2018.
