During the 1990s an area in this active limestone quarry was intersected with very unusual and interesting crystallized examples of fluorite.This current example is absolutely gorgeous showing blue and purple color zoned translucent naturally crystallized fluorite. A floater with no points of attachment or damage, when held up to a strong like the color is extremely intense. Measures 15.0 x 10.0 x 9.0 cm. Shipping weight: 2.76 pounds.
