An interesting specimen showing what appears to be a first-generation crystal of elbaite, this replaced by white crystallized cookeite. A second-generation of elbaite then is growing over the top of this. The second generation is bluish green in color and shows some transparency. In very good condition with just slight micro-chipping present.
