Cerussite with Anglesite (repaired)
specimen number:
2091053
location:
Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Otjikoto Region, Namibia
description: Wonderful combination piece within absolute gem glassy thin platy crystal of anglesite 3.0 cm across rising out of a 6.0 x 5.0 x 4.5 cm grouping of twinned cerussite crystals. Very light micro-chipping present on top of the anglesite as seen, still I think this in very fine condition overall. Previous label notes that this is been repaired, which I do not doubt, but cannot find exactly where the repair has been completed. This will sit nicely by itself for display and show all around nicely. Shipping weight: 1.88 pounds.
Size: 6.0 x 5.0 x 4.5 cm (miniature)
