location:
Tynagh mine, Killimor, Co. Galway, Ireland
description:
Outstanding example for the species with colorless to slightly bluish crystallized cerussite extremely rich across the top of this matrix. In very good condition. A lot of history with this one, starting with famous British mineral dealer Richard Barstow who collected the specimen in September, 1980. The piece carries one of his white personal collection labels. Numerous other labels come with the specimen as well. Really fine and quite rare from the locality in this quality.
Size: 10.0 x 9.0 x 4.0 cm (cabinet)
