Calcite
specimen number:
3831016
location:
Tulsa Quapaw mine, Treece, Kansas, USA
description:
Classic Tri-State specimen with a slightly translucent semi lustrous golden calcite crystal grouping. This shows a two generation growth with one large crystal and then one smaller crystal easily seen from the backside of the piece. In good condition with just slight micro-chipping present. I think quite nice. Previous label from the collection of John Medici dating this 1969. The label as seen in the video.
