specimen number:
3135001

location:
Herodsfoot Mine, Lanreath, Menheniot, Cornwall, England, UK

description:

This is one that we had sold in the past and recently, and happily, reacquired. At one time in Diana's thumbnail/miniature collection. A really fine and choice old-time classic example with lustrous metallic cogwheel twin crystals of bournonite 2.5 cm across set aesthetically on a matrix of sparkling colorless translucent quartz crystals. In superb condition, the quality is outstanding. Measures 5.0 x 3.5 x 2.0 cm. Previous label from the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago. This one has come out of Diana's personal small miniature collection.
