An excellent example of the rare salmon colored thick terminated barite crystals without matrix. This is in super condition all around. At one time part of the collection of the Muscatine Academy of Sciences. The specimen was exhibited at the Cincinnati, 1993 show, as well as the Denver show, 1997. This locality closed in 1962, specimen such as this one are very rare on the market today.
