description: A wonderful old time example from this Mexican locality. Translucent lustrous blue bladed crystals of azurite measuring to 1.1 cm in height are coming off matrix with minor malachite. This is in excellent condition. The specimen comes with several previous collection labels, including that of the University of Arizona, Bryan Sage collection.
