Azurite
specimen number:
1711290
location:
New Cornelia mine, Ajo, Pima Co., Arizona, USA
description:
Lustrous deep blue slightly translucent bladed crystals of azurite on a massive azurite matrix. Micro-damage is present but extremely tiny and minimal, I feel that this is in very good condition and is a choice thumbnail for the species from this famous Arizona locality.
