description: This species was first described his new in 1982, with the type locality being Tsumeb, Namibia. In the late 1980s a small find from this Mexican locality produced about 10 flats. The specimens came from the San Juditas Lugar. This example shows superb velvety green crystallized arsendescloizite covering most of the top of an 8.5 x 7.0 x 4.5 cm matrix. Pale yellowish mimetite, this said to be calcium rich, are present as well. This sits perfectly by itself for display and is in excellent condition. Superb display quality piece for the species. Shipping weight: 2.44 pounds. Ex Chris and Agatha Galas collection.
