description: This species was first described his new in 1982, with the type locality being Tsumeb, Namibia. In the late 1980s a small find from this Mexican locality produced about 10 flats. The specimens came from the San Juditas Lugar. This particular example is outstanding, with beautiful green botryoidal crystallized arsendescloizite over the front of an 8.5 x 5.5 x 3.5 cm matrix. This is in excellent condition. Minor pale yellowish mimetite and white hydrozincite are present as well. A superb example for the species. Shipping weight: 0.7 pounds.
