Laurel Hill, historically known as Snake Hill, is a prominent igneous rock intrusion located in Secaucus, Hudson County, New Jersey, along a bend in the Hackensack River. Formed millions of years ago, the site was historically utilized for extensive quarrying and is well known to mineral collectors as a locality where fine crystallized specimens of natrolite, a zeolite group mineral often forming slender, needle-like crystals in rock cavities, have been discovered.
