description: Cubic crystals of pyrite in clusters to 2.0 cm in size are set neatly upon this 14.5 x 10.0 x 6.0 cm quartz crystal coated matrix. This sits up perfectly by itself for display. Some of the pyrite crystals are being partially capped by crystallized quartz. There are many examples from this mine showing these empty casts, this is quite neat where the previous species is actually present and displayed. Minor chalcopyrite present as well. Shipping weight: 3.3 pounds.
